What if something breaks or gets damaged?
Please let us know before you leave. We will resolve it together; most items are insured, and in most cases you won't pay a thing.
Accidents happen, it is all part of life. Please let us know as soon as you notice, and in any case before you leave. This way, we can often fix it during your stay so the next guest is not caught by surprise.
Please do not hesitate to report it. There is no security deposit for our houses, much is insured, and in most cases you won't have to pay anything. Only in case of major or deliberate damage will we work together to find a solution.
If any of your own belongings are damaged or lost, please let us know as well. We are happy to help you search and think along.
