You can book directly through our website or contact us via email, phone, or WhatsApp for availability and reservations.

At specialstays, you can pay safely and easily using various payment methods, including iDEAL, EPS, and Przelewy24 (P24). A full overview of all available payment options can be found at the bottom of the page.
The accommodation costs must be paid in full within the period stated in the booking confirmation. If payment is not received on time, specialstays reserves the right to cancel the reservation and/or deny access to the accommodation.
When is my stay confirmed?

Your stay is only confirmed once your reservation has been confirmed in writing or digitally by specialstays and full payment has been received. If payment is not made on time, specialstays may cancel the reservation without any further obligations.
What is the cancellation policy?
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations can be made in writing or through the booking platform. In case of cancellation by the guest, the following fees apply:
- More than 3 months before arrival: 15% of the accommodation costs
- Between 3 and 2 months before arrival: 50%
- Between 2 and 1 month before arrival: 75%
- Within 1 month before arrival: 90%
- On the day of arrival or in case of no-show: 100%
Please note: no refunds are given for early departure.

Our holiday homes have a maximum capacity of 2 to 6 people.

Check-in is normally from 4:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM. We also offer late check-out until 12:30 at an additional charge. Please contact us if you have any special requests.
Are pets allowed in the accommodation?

Pets are only allowed if this has been agreed upon and confirmed in advance by specialstays. A surcharge per stay or per night applies for pets. They are not allowed on furniture, beds, or in swimming pools. The guest is responsible for any damage or nuisance caused by pets, and any additional cleaning costs may be charged.
At specialstays, we offer a special selection of accommodations where dogs are welcome. Here you can find the list of properties where your four-legged friend is allowed.

Smoking is not allowed inside our accommodations. A cleaning fee of €250 will be charged if the smoking ban is violated.

Our holiday homes are equipped with a key safe. You will receive all arrival information the day before arrival, and on the day of arrival you will receive a message with the key safe code.
