How do I use the infrared sauna?
Turn on the cabin 10 to 15 minutes in advance, stay inside for 20 to 40 minutes at 40 to 60 degrees, and drink plenty of water before and after.
An infrared sauna works differently than a traditional sauna: the heaters warm your body directly rather than heating the air. Because of this, the temperature is lower, usually between 40 and 60 degrees, and a session typically lasts 20 to 40 minutes.
How to use it
- Switch on the cabin 10 to 15 minutes before use.
- Place a towel on the bench and sit or lie down.
- Drink a glass of water before and after the session.
- Take a lukewarm shower afterwards and leave the door open so the cabin can dry.
If you are pregnant, have cardiovascular issues or a fever, do not use the cabin without consulting your doctor.
