What is expected of us upon departure?
You don't need to clean, we take care of that. We do ask that the dishes are done, the dishwasher is no longer running, and the waste is cleared away.
We handle the final cleaning, so you don't need to clean the house yourself. The small things we do ask save our team a lot of time on a busy changeover day.
Before you leave
- Do the dishes, by hand or in the dishwasher.
- Ensure the dishwasher is no longer running when you leave, otherwise our cleaning team has to wait for it.
- Clear away the waste and take it to the correct container.
- Leave the house tidy, just as you found it.
- Close all windows and doors and return the key to the key safe.
If something happened during your stay, please let us know before you leave. That is much nicer for everyone than a message afterwards.
