Where do I find my arrival page?
Your booking confirmation contains a personal link to your arrival page. It shows the exact address and route, the wifi details, how to get in, the check-in and check-out times and the phone number for on the road. Access details appear shortly before arrival, once your booking is paid in full.
How to open your arrival page
- Look for the specialstays booking confirmation in your mailbox, including your spam folder.
- Click the personal link to your arrival page.
- No luck? Go to specialstays.com/aankomst and enter your booking number and surname.
We never share the address, wifi or key box code by chat or phone. That way those details only reach the person who booked.
