Do I need to pay a security deposit?

You pay the deposit in advance, together with your booking. It is not an extra cost but a guarantee: leave the house clean and undamaged and the full amount is back in your account within five working days after check-out, through the same payment method you used.
This way every house is in the same condition for the next guests as it was when you arrived. If something went wrong, we tell you in advance with photos and, where possible, an invoice, and we only charge what is genuinely needed.
