Do I need to pay a security deposit?
No. At the moment, we do not require a deposit for any of our homes. You pay the rental price and the costs stated in your booking, nothing more.
Currently, no security deposit applies to any of our homes. You only pay what is shown in your booking: the rent, the fixed costs, and any extras you chose yourself.
Should this change for a specific home, for example with a large group home, you will see this in advance in the price breakdown for that home and in your confirmation. So you will never be surprised by it afterwards.
