How do I get the key?
At most homes, you will receive a code for the key safe. You will receive this code before your arrival, but it does not grant access before check-in time.
For most homes, we use a key safe. You will receive the code before your arrival, along with instructions on where the safe is located. For a few homes, someone will be present to welcome you in person; this will be stated in your confirmation.
You will receive the code before check-in time, but this does not mean you can enter earlier. The home is still being cleaned until check-in time. If you would like to arrive earlier, please consult with us on the morning of your arrival.
If the code doesn't work, call us right away. We are available between 8:00 and 20:00 and will assist you within a few minutes.
