Do I have to pay a security deposit?
No. At the moment none of our houses ask for a deposit. You pay the rent and the costs shown in your booking, nothing more.
None of our houses currently ask for a security deposit. You pay what is stated in your booking: the rent, the fixed costs and any extras you chose yourself.
If that were to change for a particular house, for example a large group house, you would see it in advance in the price overview of that house and in your confirmation. So there are never any surprises afterwards.
