How does the pellet stove work?
Fill the pellet hopper with quality pellets, start using the control panel, and set the desired temperature. Ignition takes 5 to 15 minutes. Only empty the ash pan when the stove has cooled down completely.
Turning on
- Check if there are enough pellets in the hopper and refill to just below the rim.
- Press the power button on the control panel.
- The stove ignites automatically; this takes 5 to 15 minutes.
- Set the desired room temperature. The stove will then adjust its power output automatically.
Only use high-quality pellets (DIN+ or ENplus A1). Damp or cheap pellets cause malfunctions and excessive ash.
If an error code appears on the display, do not open the stove yourself. Note down the code and contact us; we know what the code for this model means.
Only empty the ash pan when the stove is completely off and cooled down, at least a few hours after use. Place the ash in a metal container with a lid and put it outside: smoldering ash is one of the most common causes of fire. Never place anything flammable on or against the stove.
