What time can I check in and check out?
The check-in time is listed for each home, usually 16:00 and sometimes 15:00. You check out at the time stated in your confirmation, usually in the morning.
Check-in and check-out times vary by home. You can find them on the home page under Practical and in your booking confirmation. Check-in is usually from 16:00, and at some homes from 15:00.
We ask that you check in by 20:00 at the latest. We are available by phone every day from 8:00 to 20:00, so within those hours we can assist you immediately if there is any issue with the key safe or code.
On the day of departure, the cleaning team arrives shortly after check-out time. That is why we strictly adhere to this time: the home needs to be ready for the next guests on the same day.
