What if we arrive later than planned?
Check-in is possible until 20:00, as we are available until then. If you arrive later, you can access most houses using the key safe, but we will be closed.
We kindly ask you to check in by 20:00 at the latest. We are available by phone every day from 8:00 to 20:00, which is precisely the reason for this time: if something goes wrong with the safe or the code, we can still help you.
If you do choose to arrive later, you can do so at most houses using the key safe. Please keep in mind that we will be closed at that time and not directly reachable. In case of an emergency, we will of course respond as quickly as we can.
Please let us know as soon as you notice you will be arriving later. That way we know you are on your way and can double-check if everything is ready for you.
